Host Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026 Download PDF
This Host Policy ("Policy") applies to every user who applies for, holds, or has previously held Host status on HeartMeet ("we", "us", "our"). It exists alongside — and does not replace — the general Terms of Service. By submitting a host application or going live on HeartMeet, you agree to this Policy in full.
1. Eligibility & Application
- You must be at least 18 years old and the sole, verified owner of your HeartMeet account.
- You must complete the host application truthfully, including submitting a clear, recent selfie for identity verification. Submitting false or impersonated documents will result in permanent suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Only one host account is permitted per person. Operating multiple accounts — or allowing another person to operate your account — voids your host status immediately.
- HeartMeet reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
- Hosts registered under an agency are also subject to that agency's additional rules. Agency membership does not exempt a host from this Policy.
2. Live Stream Standards
Every live stream you broadcast on HeartMeet must comply with the following non-negotiable standards:
- Be the person on screen. Your face must be clearly visible for at least the majority of each stream. Impersonating another person, using filters that alter your identity beyond cosmetic enhancement, or broadcasting pre-recorded footage as live is prohibited.
- No nudity or sexual content. Partial or full nudity, sexually suggestive acts, or any content of a sexually explicit nature is strictly forbidden, regardless of how it is framed or described.
- No minors on stream. You must not feature children or minors in your live stream for any reason.
- No hate speech or harassment. Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, threats, or harassment on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other protected characteristic is prohibited.
- No self-harm or dangerous content. Content that depicts, encourages, or glorifies self-harm, suicide, violence, dangerous stunts, or illegal activity is prohibited.
- No solicitation of off-platform payments. You must not ask viewers to send money, gift cards, or any form of value outside the HeartMeet platform. All monetization must flow through official in-app gifting.
- No gambling or pyramid schemes. You must not operate, promote, or facilitate any form of gambling, lottery, multi-level marketing, or financial scheme during or in connection with your streams.
- No drug or alcohol promotion. You must not use, display, or encourage the use of illegal substances. Limited responsible depiction of legal alcohol in appropriate cultural contexts may be permitted but must not be the focus of a stream.
- Respect viewer privacy. Do not read out, display, or disclose personal information about any viewer — including phone numbers, addresses, or real names — without their explicit consent.
3. PK Battle Rules
- PK Battles are competitive live events. You must conduct them fairly — coordinating fake results, colluding with opponents, or manipulating outcomes to game reward systems is prohibited.
- PK punishments visible on stream must remain within community standards. Punishments that are humiliating, physically harmful, sexually suggestive, or demeaning to any protected group are not permitted.
- If you accept a PK challenge you are expected to complete it. Abandoning battles to avoid fair outcomes will be treated as misconduct.
4. Coin Earnings & Payouts
- As a host, you earn 100% of the coin value of gifts sent to you directly. Agency hosts receive an additional bonus percentage determined by their agency's rank tier — this is credited on top of the 100% base, not deducted from it.
- Earnings are denominated in HeartMeet Coins and converted to real-world value at the prevailing withdrawal rate at the time you submit a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals are subject to minimum balance thresholds, identity verification, and processing time as described in the app. HeartMeet reserves the right to withhold or reverse payouts where fraud, policy violations, chargebacks, or disputed transactions are involved.
- Tax obligations arising from host earnings are entirely your responsibility. HeartMeet may be required by law to collect identity or tax information before processing payouts in certain jurisdictions.
- Attempting to inflate earnings through coordinated self-gifting, using multiple accounts, or any other artificial means will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all pending earnings.
5. Agency Relationships
- Joining an agency is voluntary. You may join by invitation from an agency or by submitting a join request.
- Your agency earns a commission bonus above and beyond your 100% share — this bonus is paid by HeartMeet and is not deducted from your earnings.
- An agency may remove you from its roster. HeartMeet is not responsible for disputes between hosts and their agencies beyond enforcing this Policy.
- Agencies do not own your account, your audience, or your content. They may not instruct you to violate this Policy or any HeartMeet Terms of Service.
- If you leave or are removed from an agency, your host status is unaffected provided you remain in good standing with HeartMeet.
6. Account Status
HeartMeet may change your host status at any time. The statuses and their meaning are:
- Pending: your application is under review. You may not go live until approved.
- Under Review: your account has been flagged for additional review. Live streaming is temporarily disabled pending the outcome.
- Approved: you are in good standing and may go live at any time subject to this Policy.
- Suspended: your host privileges have been temporarily removed due to a policy violation, pending investigation, or at HeartMeet's discretion. Existing earnings above the minimum withdrawal threshold may still be withdrawn during a suspension, unless the suspension arises from fraud or a legal hold.
- Rejected: your application or reinstatement request was denied. You may re-apply after 90 days unless you have been permanently banned.
7. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of original content you create and broadcast. By going live on HeartMeet you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to record, store, display, promote, and distribute highlights or clips from your stream for the purpose of operating and marketing the Service.
- You must not stream, play, or incorporate content (music, video clips, images, logos) that you do not own or have a licence to use. Copyright violations may result in immediate stream termination and suspension of host status.
8. Conduct Off-Stream
- Your behaviour outside your live stream — including in chat, in direct messages, and on other platforms where you identify as a HeartMeet host — reflects on the platform. Harassment, threats, doxxing, defamation, or any conduct that would violate this Policy applies equally off-stream.
- You must not use your host status to solicit or coerce users into any action they have not freely chosen.
9. Enforcement
- HeartMeet moderators monitor streams both proactively and in response to user reports. You are expected to cooperate with any moderation review.
- Violations of this Policy may result in a formal warning, temporary stream ban, host status suspension, forfeiture of pending earnings (in cases of fraud), or permanent account termination — depending on severity, frequency, and intent.
- HeartMeet's determination of a violation and choice of enforcement action is final. You may appeal through the in-app Support channel, but HeartMeet is not obligated to reinstate any account or earnings.
10. Rewards & Ranking
HeartMeet operates a multi-tier reward system that distributes platform coins to hosts based on live activity and performance. All reward amounts, thresholds, and eligibility windows are set by HeartMeet and may be adjusted at any time at our discretion.
12.1 New Host Reward
Hosts who have been approved within the eligibility window (currently 7 days from approval) qualify for a daily New Host Reward. This reward consists of a base amount and an additional top-up, both credited to your coin balance at the end of each qualifying day. Eligibility ends automatically once the window expires, regardless of whether you claimed rewards every day.
12.2 Ordinary Host Reward
Any approved host who completes a minimum continuous live session (currently 60 minutes in a single day) qualifies for the Ordinary Host daily reward. This reward is capped at a daily maximum and is credited automatically at end-of-day. Suspended or banned hosts do not qualify.
12.3 Audio Board Reward
Hosts who participate in audio board sessions may earn additional daily rewards credited in two tiers. Eligibility may be extended to New Hosts, Task-level hosts, and Ordinary Hosts depending on platform settings. A daily cap applies.
12.4 Host Task Level Rewards
The Host Task Level system ranks active hosts by their cumulative performance (coins earned from gifts) over a rolling 7-day window. There are currently 10 levels:
| Level | 7-Day Target (coins) | Reward — 1st 60 min | Reward — 2nd 60 min | Daily Max |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 200,000 | 2,000 | 2,000 | 4,000 |
| Level 2 | 400,000 | 4,000 | 4,000 | 8,000 |
| Level 3 | 800,000 | 8,000 | 8,000 | 16,000 |
| Level 4 | 1,200,000 | 10,000 | 10,000 | 20,000 |
| Level 5 | 2,000,000 | 15,000 | 15,000 | 30,000 |
| Level 6 | 3,000,000 | 20,000 | 20,000 | 40,000 |
| Level 7 | 4,500,000 | 25,000 | 25,000 | 50,000 |
| Level 8 | 6,000,000 | 30,000 | 30,000 | 60,000 |
| Level 9 | 8,000,000 | 40,000 | 40,000 | 80,000 |
| Level 10 | 10,000,000 | 50,000 | 50,000 | 100,000 |
Your task level is recalculated using a 7-day rolling performance window. Reaching a level does not guarantee you retain it — if your performance drops below the threshold in a subsequent window, your level is adjusted down accordingly.
Task-level rewards are issued in up to two daily blocks: the first after 60 minutes of qualifying live time, and the second after a further 60 minutes (120 minutes total). Each block is capped at its individual reward amount. Task rewards are entirely separate from and do not affect Agency Commission calculations.
12.5 Reward Eligibility Rules
- All rewards require your host status to be Approved on the day they are earned. Suspended or banned hosts forfeit that day's rewards.
- Only live minutes accrued through the official HeartMeet app count toward reward thresholds. Admin-issued or test sessions may be marked ineligible.
- Overlapping or duplicate sessions are deduplicated automatically — only the valid window is counted.
- Rewards are credited to your coin balance at end of day (23:59 platform time). Coins credited through the reward system follow the same withdrawal rules as gift earnings.
- Task-level rewards are not included in Agency Performance calculations and do not affect your agency's commission rank.
12.6 Fraud & Abuse
- Artificially inflating live session time (using bots, automated screen-on tools, looping streams, or coordinating with others to keep a session alive without genuine content) is strictly prohibited.
- Any rewards earned through fraudulent session time will be reversed, and your host status may be suspended or permanently terminated.
- HeartMeet reserves the right to audit session logs, valid-duration records, and reward transaction history at any time. Calculations are final unless an error on HeartMeet's part can be demonstrated.
12.7 Changes to Reward Rates
Reward amounts, level thresholds, daily caps, eligibility windows, and reward types are platform settings that HeartMeet may adjust at any time. Changes take effect from the next reward calculation cycle. Continued use of the host platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated reward terms.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time as the platform evolves. Continuing to hold host status or going live after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app where reasonably practicable.
